We enjoyed the delicious food, which tasted like home-cooked meals. The hotel was clean, had good facilities, and was conveniently located near transportation. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The front desk and the room service staff were terrible and unfriendly. The room service staff seemed to be woefully unaware of anything to do with food! Very ignorant.

Great location in the city centre with easy access to attractions and amenities. the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival. the buffet breakfast had a good variety of food options to choose from. the lobby had a nice modern aesthetic.

The room was not as clean as expected, with a noticeable amount of dust and stains on the carpet. the bathroom had some unpleasant odor and the towels were old and worn out.

Friendly, warm, caring staff,, greeting you every time you meet. Clean room, clean bed linen, but pillows have stains. The only down side si the restaraunt which offers a very limited fare.

This hotel is located centrally and offers an interesting menu for breakfast and dinner. the rooms are well maintained and clean, and the staff is friendly and often goes out of their way to assist guests. In terms of facilities, there is a restaurant and housekeeping staff that are available and helpful.

Some of the service is inconsistent and untrained, and on occasion, guest instructions have been misread.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. The location was key, with easy access to nearby attractions. The food was delicious and the restaurant had a nice variety of meals. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. my experience at this hotel during Christmas was positive. I enjoyed the friendly staff, delicious food, and key location. However, the lack of soundproofing and fitness center were the worst aspects of the stay.

One negative aspect was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. Noise from neighboring rooms and the street could be heard during the night. Additionally, the hotel lacked a gym or fitness center, which was a downside for those looking to maintain their workout routine during their stay.
